Heritage Urgent & Primary Care partnered with Cinegate Productions to create a 3-part video series campaign that would serve to upscale their website, brand, and social media presence.

Heritage, as do many healthcare providers and clinics, had their website and social media accounts setup, but they had nothing introducing future patients to their clinic, sharing about who they are, or what their services are. Today more than ever, patients are interested in connecting with their doctors and putting a face to the name, and people have to do the digging to find whether a doctor even provides certain treatments or can be trusted. Thus, these videos would serve to introduce Heritage to future patients, share about the ongoing practices and services, and inform patients on the best treatments and ways to reach them.

A key element to directing and creating their impactful video sales letter and shorter introductory welcome videos, was directing the attention to what makes Heritage stand out, and that is putting the care back in healthcare. By dimming their best hospital room, bringing in professional cameras and lighting to create a natural hospital room scene, and working with Dr. John and physician assistant Rita, we were able to produce an elevated look while also achieving a personal and up close perspective. We followed suit for the services video, and, of course, made sure the music, b-roll, and style was tasteful. Today, you will find their video sales letter welcome video on the Heritage website, and multiple videos streaming on their lobby TV.
